Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 tsp (about 40 drops) once or twice daily and you will feel the results. Mix with any juice (fresh, organic carrot juice is best) or with food at mealtimes to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. May also take undiluted and follow with a glass of water or add a few drops to a glass of water throughout the day.
